Easily accessible with free parking, it's best to enter near the casino entrance rather than the hotel front desk for a shorter walk to the bar. The Wait & Seating Always a long wait – Expect 2 hours during peak weekend times. Even on a Monday night at 8:50 PM, I waited 100 minutes before getting a seat. The bar has fewer than 20 seats, so small groups are ideal—you can take turns waiting while others explore the casino or relax. When it’s your turn, a staff member guides you to the counter, where you can watch the chefs prepare fresh seafood dishes. Drinks & Appetizers Free bread with butter is offered here. Oyster Shooter with Vodka – I tried the single shot version, which was perfectly balanced with lemon juice and sea salt. The triple shot might be too strong for some. Raw Oysters – Fresh Louisiana oysters, large in size, shucked in front of you. A dozen on the half shell is a popular choice. Main Dishes Pan Roast Combo – The signature dish: A creamy tomato stew loaded with shrimp, crab, and lobster. Customizable spice level (0-10) – I went with level 3, which had a mild but pleasant kick. Served with rice, making the rich, flavorful broth even more satisfying. Portion is huge—perfect for sharing! Cioppino – Another standout, packed with mixed seafood in a savory tomato-based broth. The Cooking Process Modern cooking stations allow chefs to prepare three pots at a time. Watching the process adds to the experience—seafood is sauteed, seasoned, and simmered right before your eyes. Service & Atmosphere Friendly and knowledgeable staff happy to explain the menu and preparation. Fun fact: They serve over 100,000 oysters every 24 hours! ( A joke from the staff. No pets allowed (except service animals). Final Thoughts While the long wait times can be daunting, The Oyster Bar is absolutely worth it for seafood lovers. The fresh ingredients, flavorful dishes, and open-kitchen experience make it one of the best hidden gems in Vegas. ”

“ Visited this bar this weekend, the line was not that bad compared to what I've seen in the past but there needs to be some type of digital electronic wait list system installed similar to Yelp WaitList because we should not have to just stand there and wait in line. Input a wait list so people can have the opportunity to roam around and do other things such as gamble, watch a movie, use the restroom, etc. The food is AMAZING!!! I had their Bowl of Clam Chowder and House Gumbo and they were DELICIOUS!!! I look forward to future visits, hopefully there will be a wait system installed so people won't have to wait 3-4 hours on average. ”

“ The wait kind of sucks , I'm not going to lie but, the food makes it so worth it. The staff is friendly and attentive. I ordered one of the roasts. Absolutely delightful. So many flavors and textures. They don't skimp out on the sea food. You will leave full. If you're in Vegas this spot is a must try. ”

“ Finally I got to try this place after my parents have been recommending it to me for years. I stopped in alone around 3am and waited about 30 minutes for my seat. The servers were friendly and took my order right away. I ordered a cup of New England clam chowder(not pictured) and it wasn't very good, I'd pass on that to be honest. I decided on the Pan Roast combo with chicken, sausage, crab and shrimp spice level 10 and it was delicious. Don't let the level 10 spice scare you it's really good and not spicy but that could just be me I really liked the flavor. Even though I enjoyed it, I would not wait more than an hour for this food, so that's something to keep in mind when going here is the wait time. Next time I'm trying the Gumbo. ”

“ Oyster Fact: An oyster becomes an adult when it turns one year old and can live as long as 20 years. 20 years! Yelp is already older at 21! And now the breakdown: 17 seats, six boiling pots, one cook, and a handful of kitchen staff. We got half a dozen oysters and a bowl of clam chowder to share as an appetizer. For my entree, I ordered myself the Palace Pan Roast with the rice on the side as the Disney Princess, Natalie Y. from Los Angeles, CA (go add her!), instructed. I also got to snuck a few bites of the Bouille-Roast which tasted insanely seafood-y while the pan roast was like a thick lobster bisque. One entree is enough to share though and that's what I recommend you do. The two of us got here at 4PM and waited about 1.5 hours. After sitting, ordering, and eating, another 1.5 hours passed. That's A LOT of time to spend waiting for food! ”

The lobster was perfectly textured, and the tomato bisque was creamy, buttery, and had perfectly spiced flavor in each bite. I did not want this dish to end, and I don't say that very often. Highly recommended, and make sure to ask for the Lava. Such a wonderfully flavored sauce that's made right in front of you, and it's got the kick you need for that next level! ”

“ The wait was about 25 minutes on a Tuesday afternoon. Went with the Bouill-Roast at the recommendation of the staff, and my wife ordered the Palace Pan Roast. You can choose your level of spicy from 1-10. The experience was everything it was hyped to be, it was so entertaining and impressive to watch the experienced cook skillfully craft and deliver pan roasts. Our dishes were served steaming hot, and the flavors exceeded all my expectations. It was unreal, just mighty delicious. If you're a foodie or if you're interested in the slightest in trying good seafood, do pay this place a visit while in Las Vegas. ”
